Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director for Device Plants to lead five device manufacturing sites across the UK, PR, Germany and Korea. You will set the operational vision, drive DBS-based execution, and ensure capacity, quality and on-time delivery across the filtration value chain.

The role reports to the VP of Manufacturing Operations and requires a proven track record in global, regulated manufacturing, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to build high-performing,

Qualifications

• Proven success leading global, multi-site manufacturing operations in regulated industries.
• Strong experience with lean and DBS processes to drive performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Ability to develop and execute long-range manufacturing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead five device manufacturing sites across multiple countries.
• Establish a unified operating model and drive performance discipline.
• Own SQDIP results and push for improvements in throughput, capacity, and inventory turns.
• Align production planning, inventory strategies, and supply chain continuity with upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Develop and execute long-range manufacturing strategies including automation and footprint optimization.
• Lead DBS-based daily management and standard work across sites.
• Build and develop a high-performing, inclusive device leadership team.
