Orange Malone Ltd, a leading UK pensions provider, is building a new DB superfund and seeks a Transaction Manager to run the programme across multiple deals in parallel.

The role requires owning risk and issue logs, coordinating actuarial, legal, administration and systems workstreams, and producing governance papers for pricing, reporting and trustee meetings.Candidates should have 4–5 years’ UK Defined Benefit pensions experience and background with employee benefit consultancies or providers.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years’ experience in UK Defined Benefit pensions, with exposure to buy-in, buyout or superfund transactions.
• Background at an employee benefit consultancy, insurer or superfund provider.
• Track record of managing several complex, multi-stakeholder deals or projects in parallel, to fixed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Run the programme plan across several DB superfund transactions at once, coordinating with each scheme’s transaction broker to maintain a shared timeline.
• Own the risk and issue log for each live transaction and escalate early to surface problems before deadlines.
• Coordinate actuarial, legal, administration and systems workstreams to meet deadlines across the portfolio.
