Job summary

HR-CL Limited is seeking a Daytime Hours Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager in Staines. The role offers 40 hours per week across 5 days, with daytime hours typically 8am–5pm and every other weekend off to support work-life balance.

You will lead kitchen operations, develop a team of chefs and kitchen assistants, report to the Restaurant Manager, and drive the business with a focus on exceptional standards, efficiency, and brand compliance.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops the kitchen team to deliver consistent standards.
• Manages stock levels and reduces wastage.
• Maintains food safety, hygiene and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day kitchen operations and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene, health and safety across the kitchen.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to deliver great food to brand specifications.
