Job summary

The Kay Group is seeking a Days Customer Service Assistant for Gateway Crewe Service Station in Crewe. This part-time role is 16 hours per week with 2 x 8 hour shifts from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm, including weekends.

You will advise and serve customers, assist with deliveries, stock merchandising, and handle cash and card payments according to our procedures. Benefits include in-store discounts, fuel savings, and a cycle-to-work scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to merchandise stock and keep area clean and organised.
• Comfort with handling cash and card transactions according to procedures.

Days Customer Service Assistant, Gateway Crewe Service Station, Crewe

Due to petroleum licensing regulations applicants MUST be 18 years of age or above.

16 hours per week, 2 x 8 hour shifts. 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm. Hours are a mix of shifts over a 7 day week to include weekends.

Pay

£13.00 per hour.

About the role

The role of a Customer Service Assistant involves various tasks including advising and serving customers, working deliveries, general housekeeping and stock merchandising and handling cash and card transactions according to a set of procedures.

We are looking for someone that takes pride in whatever they do, carrying out all tasks to the highest standards and generally making sure our customers get everything they are looking for. Whether they are shopping for groceries, buying fuel, alcohol, tobacco or lottery, using our car cleaning centres or visiting our in house retail partners we want our customers, assisted by you, to enjoy their experience and have a desire to return.
