Job summary

The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting a Day Warehouse Operative to join a well-established distribution business in Tamworth. The role involves picking, stock replenishment, scanning, and loading goods, with full training on MHE including PPT and LLOP.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 06:00–18:00, with a Friday half-day finishing at 12:00. This is ongoing temporary work with potential for permanent employment after a trial period.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred.
• Full training on MHE provided.
• Reliable and hardworking approach required.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing stock for dispatch.
• Palletising goods for dispatch and shrink wrapping.
• Loading goods for onward distribution and staging in correct locations.
• Scan products accurately using warehouse systems.
• Maintain stock locations and warehouse housekeeping.
