Job summary

SuperCare Residential in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee shifts at our Ofsted registered children’s home. You will guide Coaches and Senior Coaches, uphold safeguarding standards, and drive a therapeutic, structured environment for young people aged 13-17 with diverse needs.

We require calm decision making, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain high care standards while promoting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working within residential childcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure safe, effective running of the home during your shift.
• Manage and direct Coaches and Senior Coaches to maintain high performance and conduct.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments and PBS strategies are implemented.
• Safeguarding concerns, incident response and on-shift decision making.
• Maintain routines, boundaries and therapeutic approaches.
