Salary: £13.57 per hour

Hours: 30 hours a week - days

Shift Times: 07:45am - 20:15pm

Lancum House is a purpose built 43 bed residential care home providing care for older people including people with dementia. It is situated in Wellingborough, Northants. Lancum House has a wide internal 'street', where there are various facilities including a shop and a hairdresser salon.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
