Keys Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help care for children in a safe, supportive home environment. The role includes shifts with long days and sleep-ins, requiring a full UK driving licence and commitment to safeguarding and personal care tasks.

You will work as part of a lively team, delivering care, accompanying children to activities, and maintaining documentation for individual care plans. The position offers a competitive overall package and training opportunities.
