Job summary

All Square Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Warehouse Picker Packer on a temporary basis in Braintree, Essex. The role involves picking, packing, and stock organisation in a busy warehouse, using a handheld scanner and working in a supportive team.

You will log items with a handheld scanner, ensure accuracy, and contribute to on-time distribution with well-structured daytime hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience desirable.
• Confidence using a hand scanner or willing to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate order picking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse as part of a team.
• Good communication, reliability and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders with high attention to detail.
• Log and track items using a handheld scanner.
• Pack products safely for dispatch while maintaining quality.
• Organise and maintain stock to support a safe warehouse.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced warehouse team to meet targets.
• Work under pressure while upholding accuracy and care.
• Assist with general picking, packing and inventory duties.
