The role offers full-time, temp-to-perm opportunities with immediate start and long-term progression within a well-established warehouse environment. You will join a friendly team, perform precise picking and packing, and contribute to accurate stock control to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking and packing, or distribution environment is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and accurate approach to order picking.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Good communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working consistent full-time hours within a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring order accuracy at all times.
• Safely and efficiently pack products ready for dispatch, maintaining quality standards throughout.
• Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse to support a safe, tidy, and productive working environment.
• Collaborate closely with a friendly, fast-paced warehouse team to help meet daily distribution targets.
• Work efficiently under pressure while consistently upholding high standards of accuracy and care.
• Support the wider warehouse and distribution team with general picking, packing, and inventory duties as required.
