Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative (days) to join our Plymouth-based team. You will work across ambient, chilled and frozen environments, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and loaded safely for delivery.

The role requires a proactive, detail-focused approach, teamwork, and the ability to stay active in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Training on equipment and safety procedures is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Replenishment of pickfaces.
• Bulking of stock from Goods In.
• Loading vehicles ready for delivery.
• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organising and storing products safely and correctly.
• Using warehouse equipment safely, with full training provided.
• Moving stock using pump trucks, power pallet trucks and in some cases forklifts.
• Supporting colleagues to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
• Helping ensure drivers leave on schedule with complete and accurate orders.
