Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative (days) to join our busy warehouse team. You will help pick customer orders, load vehicles, and ensure products are stored safely for on-time delivery.

The role operates across ambient, chilled and frozen environments, with training provided for equipment and safety. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to keep orders accurate and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Good attention to detail is required.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse or multi-temperature experience is helpful but not essential.
• Good level of physical fitness for active role and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load vehicles for delivery.
• Organise and store products safely and correctly.
• Use warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Move stock using pallet trucks and forklifts.
• Support colleagues to keep warehouse running smoothly.
• Ensure drivers leave on schedule with complete orders.
