Responsibilities

• Pick orders using robots and prepare them for distribution.
• Pack light orders for shipment and distribution to customers.
• Load and unload vehicles and put stock away.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.
• Receive training in logistics distribution and supply chain.

Immediate starts Available. This role offers ongoing work with genuine Temp to Perm Opportunities. Pay rates starting at £13.32, Night shifts £15.98 with overtime paid at premium rates. The role of Warehouse Operative is based in Bicester.

No experience in Logistics distribution and supply chain is needed (although beneficial), as full training and ongoing coaching will be provided. This role would suit people who have Warehouse, Customer Service, Admin, Retail, or Cleaning backgrounds.

Our client has recently moved in to a brand new facility in Bicester with all new warehouse, equipment, offices, canteen and so much more!

The general duties of a Warehouse Operative include:

• Picking orders using state of the art automatic robots! Full training provided
• Packing of light orders ready for distribution to the customer
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Putting stock away
• General Warehouse Duties
• Training in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain will be provided

Shift times and rates of pay for Warehouse Operative are as follows:

• 14:00-22:00 - £13.32 per hour
• 06:00-14:00 - £13.32 per hour
• 22:00-06:00 (sun to thur) - £15.98 per hour
• Immediate Starts
• Full Time Only - Monday to Friday

This job will suit any candidate with experience working as a Warehouse Operative at Amazon, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, similar employers or the logistics distribution and supply chain sector.
