Job summary

Kingdom Services Group is recruiting for a Security Officer (Days Team) at Cruachan Power Station. The role is permanent with regular daytime hours and a 40-hour week.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have your own transport, as the site is in a location requiring travel by car or company vehicle. The position involves patrolling the site, monitoring people and premises, and maintaining high security standards.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Own transport due to the site's location.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous security experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random patrols of the site and perimeter.
• Monitor premises, personnel and visitors to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow site-specific security procedures and assist with emergencies.
• Complete accurate reports and records of incidents and daily activities.
• Deal with incidents and challenging situations in a safe, calm, professional manner.
• Carry out a mix of security duties including mobile and foot patrols and reception tasks.
• Monitor access and egress to the site and ensure procedures are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication with staff, visitors and contractors.
