Greencore is hiring a Bakery & Cooling Room Skilled Operative – Nights at our Newark site in Nottinghamshire. The role is permanent, nights shift, 4-on 4-off pattern, with a basic rate of £15.94 per hour.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment, focusing on safety, speed and accuracy while delivering high-quality chilled desserts. You'll conduct CCPs, metal detection and check weighing, lead a production line, and support food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Desire to learn about Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Willing to wear PPE.
• Hardworking and a good team player.
• Good understanding of English and Maths.

Responsibilities
