Greencore operates a site at Tilmanstone near Dover, Kent, recruiting for a Machine Operative working on day shifts. The role is permanent with a 06:00–16:00 schedule and a competitive hourly rate (£13.83–£14.23).

The site produces leafy salads and prepared vegetables for a dedicated customer, offering on‑the‑job training and development opportunities. You will work in a fast-paced, safe environment, focusing on first‑time quality, accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Willingness to wear PPE.
• Good English and Maths understanding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CCPs and Metal Detection operation.
• Check weighing operation.
• Lead a production line in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure safety, speed and accuracy at all times.
