Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to lead the store team and deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work across store areas, coordinate daily operations, and act as the leader in the store in the Manager’s absence while building inclusive team relationships. Applicants must be 18 or over, with a commitment to customer service and flexible hours.

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
