BaxterStorey is offering a Day Shift Team Supervisor position at our Leeds Amazon LBA5 site. This full-time role provides stability, regular hours, and a competitive hourly rate up to £13.75 with 37.5 hours per week across 5 days. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential to deliver exceptional hospitality and service.

Formación

• Previous experience commensurate with role.
• Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
• You draw satisfaction from supervising, training, and supporting a team
• Understanding of delegation and influencing skills
• Excellent organisational abilities; high attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Supervision Looking after main counter - Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high level of performance
• Quality Control - monitor stock and presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Be curious, solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services
