BaxterStorey in Leeds is looking for a Day Shift Team Supervisor to join Amazon LBA5. This full-time role offers stability with a competitive hourly pay and regular hours, 37.5 per week, across five days in seven.

Pay Rate: Up to £13.75 per hour

Job Description

• Supervision Looking after main counter -Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high level of performance
• Quality Control - monitor stock and presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Be curious, solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services

Qualifications

• Previous experience commensurate with role
