Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in North Richmond is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver for the Day Shift to join our warehouse team. You will load/unload trucks, manage stock within the warehouse, and stage pallets for production, while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires a valid forklift licence, previous warehouse experience, and the ability to work well within a team. This position offers stable day shifts and a safe, well-maintained workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Current and valid Forklift Licence.
• Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience.
• Scanning experience preferred.
• Experience operating a Grab Forklift advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate a High Reach Forklift.
• Receive, store, and put away stock in the warehouse.
• Retrieve and stage pallets for production requirements.
• Move WIP pallets throughout the facility.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory control activities.
• Support general warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as required.
