Key duties include executing PPMs, ensuring safety compliance, daily monitoring of plant and equipment, and overseeing site logbooks and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining electrical systems in occupied offices.
• Ability to perform both preventive and reactive electrical tasks.
• UK driving licence and DBS eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Execute all PPMs and reactive electrical tasks.
• Compliance: Ensure site safety and industry best practices are met.
• Plant management: Monitor main building plant and equipment daily.
• Administration: Manage site logbooks and CAFM/Concept systems.
• Supervision: Oversee subcontractors and maintain high professional standards.
