Job summary

Hertfordshire County Council is seeking an Assistant Locality Manager for Day Services in Hertfordshire. You will have day-to-day operational responsibility, supporting the Deputy Locality Manager to deliver high-quality day opportunities for adults.

You will supervise a team across Hertford, Hoddesdon and Cheshunt, ensuring regulatory compliance and person-centred care. The role is permanent, 30 hours per week, with a starting salary of £35,570 rising to £38,510 per annum pro-rata.

Qualifications

• Health and Social Care RQF Level 3 and willing to complete the Health and Social Care Level 4 when in post.
• Supervisory experience working in a social care or related setting (e.g., education or health).
• A good standard of numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
