Hertfordshire County Council in Watford is seeking an Assistant Locality Manager to lead day services for adults with learning disabilities. The role is 22 hours across three days per week, with a starting salary of £35,570 rising to £38,510 per annum (pro rata for part-time).

Qualifications

• Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification (RQF) and willing to complete Level 4.
• Supervisory experience in social care or a related setting.
• Strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
• Desirable: experience leading a team or service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the day service and lead the team.
• Support the Deputy Locality Manager to ensure quality monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Split days across Learning Disability services based in Abbots Langley and Watford.
