Job summary

Stamford Bridge Hotel London, operated by The Ascott Limited and associated with Chelsea Football Club, is seeking a Housekeeping Porter to maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas. You will manage linen supplies, assist with fixtures and fittings, and support daily housekeeping operations to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring there is correct amount of clean linen in assigned cupboards.
• Keeping areas always clean of dirty linen and rubbish.
• Cleaning and changing any fixtures and fittings as instructed by Supervisor, including the cleaning of balconies.
• Cleaning and maintaining service areas, corridors, lobby lifts, wall lights and pictures in assigned areas.
• Be responsible for the changing of heavy curtains, net curtains, shower curtains and valances, when requested.
• Turning mattresses in each room on assigned floor every three months.
• Spot cleaning furniture, carpets and upholstery when requested by Supervisor.
• Collecting bedding and stores when requested by the Supervisor.
• Reporting any soiled or damaged furniture, fixtures, fittings, and equipment to the Supervisor.
