Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Concierge for The Tower in London. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building is safe and welcoming.

Role includes building checks, CCTV monitoring, handling queries and emergencies, managing deliveries, and logging keys. The shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, 7 AM to 7 PM, with a focus on professionalism and reliability.

About the Role

We're looking for a professional and personable Concierge to join our team at RMG. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you'll be the welcoming face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the building remains a safe, secure, and pleasant place to live.

The Tower, London SW8 2BW

Working Pattern

4 on 4 off rolling rota – 7 AM to 7 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests
• Conducting regular building checks and ensuring communal areas are clean and secure
• Handling queries, complaints, and emergencies with calm and courtesy
• Monitoring CCTV and managing visitor access
• Managing deliveries and post in line withcompany procedures
• Issuing and logging keys responsibly
• Proactively addressing cleaning and maintenance issues
