Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Front of House team member in London. You will warmly welcome residents and guests, perform regular building checks, and handle queries and emergencies with courtesy.

You will also monitor CCTV, manage access, and log deliveries and keys as part of a secure, customer-focused environment. The role requires superb communication, reliability, and professional presentation, with a proactive approach to maintenance issues and excellent organisational skills to keep

Qualifications

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Able to use initiative and prioritise workload.

Working Pattern

4 on 4 off rolling rota - 7 AM to 7 PM
