The Datix Administrator is a key member of the Quality Governance team, responsible for ensuring the Trust's Datix risk management system operates effectively and supports patient safety, risk management, incident reporting, and governance processes across the organisation.
The post holder acts as the primary point of contact for system users, providing technical support, training, data reporting, and system administration while working closely with Risk Managers, Governance Leads, IT Services, and RLDatix.
The ideal applicant would have a mixture of skills and experience in system administration, data analysis, customer service and NHS services.
Administrate and maintain the Trust’s Risk Management software to ensure suitability for purpose
Provide first-line IT and functional support to the Trust’s Risk Management software users so that they can effectively and efficiently operate the system and overcome problems that may arise.
Provide comprehensive user support and advice on a day-to-day basis to staff
