Job summary

A growing business systems team is looking for a Database & Systems Support Analyst. This role involves managing SQL Server databases, providing 2nd Line Support for ERP applications, and improving system performance. The ideal candidate will have solid DBA experience and strong SQL skills, with the opportunity to work in a friendly team on real system improvement projects. Hybrid or on-site work in the UK is required.

Job title: Database & Systems Support Analyst

We're looking for a DBA to join a growing business systems team, with the chance to get stuck into wider system design and support for MES/ERP platforms. You'll take ownership of multiple application databases—making sure they run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You'll also provide 2nd Line Support for business-critical systems and help drive system improvements through structured change processes.

• SSRS experience and advanced SQL reporting
• Knowledge of APIs
• Microsoft certifications (SQL Server, Azure, etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing or ERP environments
