Job summary

Local Hospice Lottery is seeking a Database Specialist to design and implement reports using Lottery databases and provide data support across the organisation. Based in Felsted, this full-time, permanent role requires strong SQL, database administration, CRM experience and data mappings, with hybrid working and on-site attendance as needed.

You will collaborate with the Operations Team to develop efficient database solutions, manage partner data integrations and ensure GDPR compliance while

Qualifications

Experience writing SQL to generate reports and queries.
Experience managing databases and administrative systems.
Experience using CRM databases such as Donorflex.
Data cleansing and mapping/transferring data between database systems.
Experience in project management.
Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Design and implement reports using Lottery databases.
Develop database solutions to deliver process efficiencies.
Integrate new partners' member data.
Create and extract data sets for internal use.
Provide data support to the Lottery Operations Team.
