Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale digital and data transformation.
• Strong programme and project management skills (scope, timelines, budget, quality).
• Experience working in both agile and waterfall delivery environments.
• Experience supporting organisational change, including stakeholder engagement, training, comms, and change-impact assessment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insight to guide decisions.
• Understanding of financial and management accounting.
• High attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-focused, can-do approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in complex or traditional environments.
• Broad digital and data literacy, with good understanding of modern digital tools, cloud platforms, data concepts, and process improvement.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive culture through day-to-day behaviours and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and data change initiatives and boost digital adoption across the organisation.
• Manage change activities including people, processes, and behaviours.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications on clear messages and materials that help colleagues adopt new ways of working.
• Provide hands-on coaching and capability-building to build digital/data confidence across teams.
• Maintain an organisation-wide view of milestones, dependencies, and risk escalation.
• Track adoption, benefits realisation, and key milestones across roadmaps.
• Oversee digital and data investment tracking to ensure spend aligns with business-case benefits.
• Support governance processes and ensure consistency across programmes and projects.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to validate requirements and prioritise activity.
• Produce insightful reporting for Boards and senior leaders on progress, risks, benefits, and performance.
• Gather user needs to ensure digital solutions are intuitive and fit real-world use.
• Engage with stakeholders and partners to align teams and remove blockers.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions; promote RFU values.
