Job summary

Credit Benchmark Limited in London is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst to join our hybrid team. You will lead core data processing, ensure data quality, and help implement scalable data-driven improvements across complex datasets.

You will mentor analysts in London and Bangalore, collaborate with Sales, Analytics and Product, and drive operational excellence in our credit risk data service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data operations or a related role.
• Strong SQL and Python production code experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor colleagues.
• Experience coordinating with data contributors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core data processing operations, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Identify data quality issues and drive resolution and improvements.
• Lead and mentor analysts across London and Bangalore, setting data-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Analytics and Product to respond to client requests and internal projects.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement continuous improvements to data processing workflows.
