Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking a Corporate Security Manager, Data & Systems to lead and develop the security systems that underpin corporate security. You will drive continuous improvement across access control, CCTV, incident management and reporting platforms while delivering trusted, high-quality information.

You will use data to generate insights, identify opportunities and support better decision-making in collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing enterprise security systems such as access control and CCTV.
• Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience using technology, automation and process improvement to drive efficiency.
• Good understanding of data governance, information security and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Lead the management, development and continuous improvement of security systems and technology underpinning Corporate Security.
• Ensure solutions are effective, resilient and deliver a seamless experience for colleagues and customers.
