Job summary

Sir William Perkins’s School is seeking a proactive MIS and Data Systems Lead to oversee the school’s Management Information Systems and data services. You will lead data management, reporting, timetable imports, parents’ evening bookings, statutory returns and user support, while driving the migration to a new MIS platform.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and knowledge of GDPR and school compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex information systems and data services.
• Strong GDPR/compliance knowledge for schools.
• Experience leading MIS migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data management and reporting for the school.
• Manage timetable imports, parents’ evening bookings and statutory returns.
• Provide user support and training to staff and students.
• Lead migration to a new MIS platform from data prep to implementation and optimisation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
