Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Data and Systems Manager to lead a centralised performance data team. You will oversee ERP data, AWS procurement practices, and robust reporting to support alliance delivery. You will collaborate with senior leadership and a wide range of stakeholders to prioritise data requirements and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on driving improvements, maintaining data quality, and providing insights to enable informed decision-making across the IMR WR Alliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven leadership of data migration on major ERP/SAP programmes.
• PRINCE2 or APM qualification.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Experience delivering regulatory compliant data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing centralised performance data team and manage systems.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data and reporting procedures.
• Develop and implement standardised business reporting and data capture processes.
• Collaborate with Alliance leadership and stakeholders to prioritise data needs.
• Provide tailored, data-driven reports to forums and steering groups.
• Drive improvements for delivery across the IMR Water Recycling Alliance.
