Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Data and Systems Manager to lead a centralised performance data team. You will oversee systems, AWS procurement practices, and standardised reporting, partnering with Alliance leadership to drive data-informed delivery across five partners.

You will guide data capture processes, ensure GDPR compliance, and translate complex information for senior stakeholders while developing capabilities across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical competence.
• Experience leading data migration on ERP/SAP programmes.
• PRINCE2/APM project management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes and optimise structures across the alliance.
• Design and maintain analytics and reporting across five partners.
• Manage master data across the alliance ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide tailored performance reports for forums and steering groups.
• Collaborate organisation-wide to align decisions with strategic aims.
