Anglian Water Group Ltd. in Norwich seeks a Data and Systems Manager to lead a centralised performance data team, govern master data across the IMR WR Alliance, and ensure GDPR-compliant reporting. You will manage alliance systems, enabling accurate insights for decision-making and business delivery.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, drive data-driven improvements, and support partners to enhance delivery across the Water Recycling Alliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a centralised data/BI team.
• Proven leadership of data migration on major ERP/SAP programmes.
• Experience with GDPR compliance in data reporting.
• Strong stakeholder communication across functions.
• Qualification in PRINCE2 or APM advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a best-for-task analytics and reporting structure across all 5 Alliance partners.
• Lead master data management across the IMR WR Alliance providing insights and data capture processes.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in data procedures and reporting.
• Coordinate data sharing with the Cost Capture system (C55).
• Provide tailored, data-driven reports to forums and steering groups.

In this role, you will help the Alliance Senior leadership through systems, procurement information management, and data analysis, leading a team to provide the management information we need to effectively plan, monitor, and control our outputs.What you will be doing as our Data and Systems ManagerThis role will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing centralised performance data team.
