Job summary

WEBRECRUIT is assisting with a Data and Systems Analyst role in Bristol. This full-time 18-month fixed-term contract focuses on turning organisational data into actionable insights and supporting IT systems to enable better decision-making.

You will develop KPI reports and dashboards, maintain data visualisations, and champion data integrity across core systems, ensuring compliance and governance. The role offers flexible working and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering day-to-day troubleshooting support and the development of new solutions.
• Experience working with suppliers and customers to implement new applications or new modules within existing applications.
• Experience developing Dashboards to produce KPIs reporting.
• Specialised technical skills, including data visualisation techniques, report building, analytical skills, and knowledge of displaying information visually.
• Competency in the use of Microsoft tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Excel and Salesforce.
• The ability to manipulate data and produce detailed Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Turn organisational data into clear insight while shaping and supporting the IT systems that help the organisation deliver objectives.
• Develop and maintain key performance reports and data visualisations to support performance management and decision‑making.
• Analyse business processes, capture new system requirements, and help design reporting, forms and dashboards that improve data recording, understanding and use.
• Champion data integrity and effective system use, supporting staff to build confidence with reporting tools and ensuring regulatory and governance expectations are met.
• Lead on data integrity across all core IT systems and produce monthly and quarterly KPI reports for managers and the Board.
