Job summary

ACH is a social enterprise empowering refugees and migrants in the UK. We are seeking a Data and Systems Analyst on a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract to turn organisational data into clear insights that shape decisions across the organisation.

You will develop dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, maintain data quality across core IT systems, and train staff on reporting tools to drive better decisions that directly support service users.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering day-to-day troubleshooting support and the development of new solutions.
• Experience working with suppliers and customers to implement new applications or new modules within existing applications.
• Experience developing Dashboards to produce KPIs reporting.

Responsibilities

• Turn organisational data into clear insight and support IT systems.
• Develop and maintain key performance reports and data visualisations for performance management.
• Capture new system requirements and design reporting, forms and dashboards to improve data use.
• Champion data integrity and support staff in using reporting tools to meet governance expectations.
• Build and maintain a central data warehouse for BI and self-service reporting.
