Job summary

Amber Charter Schools seeks a Data & Student Support Manager to lead compliance for special populations and manage data platforms at Kingsbridge Elementary School. This leader partners with the Assistant Principal to coordinate student services and drive outcomes for all learners.

You will oversee data systems (PowerSchool, iReady, LinkIt), coordinate assessments, manage rosters, and train staff on data-informed decision making, while ensuring IEP/ELL compliance and effective family

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and NYS special education certification.
• 2 years of data management/compliance experience in K-12.</br>Demonstrated knowledge of IEP/ELL compliance.
• Strong ability to communicate with administrators, teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house expert on data platforms, assessment tools and reporting systems.
• Coordinate administration of academic assessments and ensure testing accommodations.
• Maintain data rosters, trackers, templates and schedules for timely data collection.
• Train staff on data analysis protocols and support data-informed decisions.
• Lead compliance coordination for SWD/ELL/504/Title I services and file documentation.
• Support with family engagement and professional development for staff.
