Job summary

Cedar Mount Academy in Manchester is seeking a Data Manager who will lead the planning, design, and organisation of strategic and operational data management systems to raise pupil achievement. The role sits within the Academy’s Middle Leadership Team and requires a strong knowledge of school processes and meticulous data handling.

You will contribute to Trust-wide data work and provide data support across the Trust, working with the Senior Leadership Team to develop solutions and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of school processes and data systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn new educational software and adapt to Trust data work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and organise data management systems and procedures.
• Produce clear, concise information to support senior leaders.
• Support data compliance, local reporting and statutory returns.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team and Trust Data & Performance Lead.
