Job summary

Amber Charter Schools, Kingsbridge Elementary School seeks a Data & Student Support Manager to coordinate data platforms, assessments, and compliance for special populations. Qualifications

• Two years of experience in data management, compliance coordination, or student services in a K-12 setting.
• Knowledge of IEP compliance requirements, ENL/ELL regulations, and RTI frameworks.
• Proficiency with student information systems and assessment platforms.
• Ability to communicate with administrators, teachers, families, and external agencies.
• Fulfillment of pre-employment fingerprinting and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary data and student support lead, coordinating with school leadership on data-informed decisions.
• Manage and maintain data platforms, rosters, templates, and schedules for accurate data collection.
• Coordinate administration of academic assessments and testing accommodations.
• Support with family engagement and training staff on data analysis protocols.
• Lead or co-lead professional development and RTI-related initiatives.
• Monitor compliance records and communications with external agencies.
