The Role
As Data Strategy Lead, (Internal grading: Senior Manager) you’ll build and lead a new in-house data function. From creating a centralised data warehouse to embedding analytics into marketing, operations, and membership strategy. You’ll be at the centre of the organisation’s shift toward insight-driven decision-making.
You’ll lead a small team and be the go-to voice for data across the organisation, acting as both a strategic advisor and a cultural change agent.
This isn’t just a reporting role, but a chance to create something lasting. You can shape how a beloved institution measures impact, connects with new audiences, and plans for the future.
