Job Summary:

The Data Solution Architect is a senior role responsible for designing SDT solutions that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with practice management and SDT/data teams throughout project lifecycle stages, from advisory and pre-sales to delivery and post-implementation support.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Engage with Data Management teams, project teams, and third-party providers to design, implement, and assure quality of our Data Migration technology, including the Natuvion DCS tool.

This includes:

• Supporting the growth of SDT teams by improving methodologies, knowledge, and delivery speed.
• Overseeing quality of SDT delivery across onshore, nearshore, offshore, and third-party resources.
• Supporting pre-sales, scope definition, and project roadmaps with Data Management leadership.
• Leading workshops and delivering customer roadmaps and knowledge sessions.
• Acting as the design authority for SDT projects, generating consulting revenue.
• Staying updated on SDT technologies and sharing knowledge to develop others.
• Supporting Data Migration Consultants as needed.
• Leading data stream health checks and identifying improvements.
• Identifying opportunities for repeat and extended business, supporting IP development.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong background in Data Transformation and Migration, with technical expertise.
• Proven leadership in complex SAP Data projects, delivering value.
• Excellent communication, influence, and advisory skills.
• Track record of successful project delivery and complex decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Integrity, results-driven, and inspiring leadership style.
• Experience across diverse SAP projects, including S/4HANA conversions, Greenfield, and Mergers.
• Broad ABAP experience, especially in data selection and transformation.
• Deep understanding of SAP table structures and business functions.

Personal Profile/Experience:
