Job summary

HSO is recruiting for a transformative Data Platform leader to drive growth across the UK. You will define the market opportunity for Data, lead opportunities, and win enterprise engagements, with accountability for P&L and multi-million-pound programs.

You will build and mentor a high-performing data team, leveraging Microsoft technologies, AI capabilities and a global delivery model, while partnering with executive sponsors across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a consulting services environment.
• Proven track record of selling, managing and delivering multi-million pound engagements.
• Managed an annual budget in excess of £10m per annum.
• Experience deploying AI or AI-enabled data solutions for customers.
• Led a geographically dispersed team (8+ direct reports, 20+ total).
• Ability to manage risk and deliver growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the UK Data Platform service line within the MS-focused transformation practice.
• Define market opportunities for Data and drive key opportunities and client wins.
• Own P&L for the Data business and deliver against financial targets.
• Develop talent, coach teams, and build a high-performing data function.
