Arup in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data Security Service Lead to stand up a new Data Security service, define its vision, operating model and roadmap across the firm. You will build the team, establish governance, and partner with Cyber and business units to embed data protection throughout the lifecycle and drive sustained delivery.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on impact, working with senior stakeholders to translate data risk into concrete priorities and measurable

Formación

• Expertise in data security, classification, DLP, encryption and lifecycle protection.
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls.
• Experience owning or leading a global security service or capability.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver the Data Security Service with vision, roadmap and operating model.
• Translate strategy into a clear, multi-year delivery plan with governance and controls.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical teams to drive sustained delivery.
• Protect data across its lifecycle by embedding security into programs and projects.
