Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Evidence of continuous professional development, with a track record of keeping skills and knowledge current.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and financial procedures in a public sector or healthcare environment.
• Experience in handling incidents and investigation.
• Experience in delivering training to staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of defined operational activities within organisational procedures and standards.
• Provide practical and administrative leadership for specific projects or workstreams; organize meetings, reports, and track progress.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to staff; participate in appraisals and development discussions.
• Contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement; gather data and feedback for service reviews and improvement activity.
• Monitor local performance measures and maintain records and reports for governance or assurance purposes.
