LabGenius is a London-based biotech company transforming antibody discovery through data science and ML tooling. As a Data Scientist, you will lead the design-build-test-learn loop and drive data pipelines, models, and visualisations to accelerate therapy development.

You will collaborate with wet lab scientists and software engineers, apply Bayesian methods, and push the boundaries of antibody optimisation using DS/ML/AI tooling in a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• Advanced statistics with Bayesian and hierarchical/mixed-effects models.
• Experience deploying data analysis pipelines and code to production (Python, Git, SQL).
• Biological domain experience with antibody/protein data.
• MS or PhD in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end data science support for a therapeutic asset.
• Drive the design-build-test-learn cycles for antibody optimisation.
• Represent data science in cross-functional teams with wet-lab scientists and software engineers.
• Onboard rigorous data pipelines, analyses, statistical models, ML models, and visualisations.
• Implement and develop novel methods for antibody engineering and drug development problems.
• Work on Bayesian modelling and optimisation (Active Learning & Bayesian Optimisation).
• Write high quality code to maintain and enhance our technology.
• Enable a data-first ecosystem at LabGenius through processing complex datasets.
