ClearScore is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Data & Analytics team in the Global Targeting unit. You will drive data-driven targeting and improved user experiences across markets, delivering ML solutions and maintaining model performance in production.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL skills with a solid understanding of statistical, machine learning, or other modeling techniques

• A results and impact-oriented approach to solution design and rapid iteration
• A deep ability to understand problems and their business importance
• Ability to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience applying data science to real-world targeting or personalization use cases

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end development of data science and ML solutions across markets to improve user experience through data-driven targeting
• Interpret and communicate outputs of predictive models to drive stakeholder uptake
• Put solutions into production using existing tools and frameworks and monitor model performance
• Contribute to improved model build, maintenance, and optimisation processes
• Integrate new tools and AI approaches while maintaining accountability
• Develop craft across the full model lifecycle with team guidance
