ClearScore, the UK's leading credit score and report app, seeks a Senior Full Stack Data Scientist to own data science and ML across the Global Targeting initiative. You will collaborate with product and analytics teams to influence user experiences and business decisions, driving real-time insights and production-ready solutions.

The role emphasises a strong python/sql foundation, production ML, Databricks, and a postgraduate STEM degree, with a hybrid working setup and rich development

Qualifications

• Strong Python and SQL skills across the full model lifecycle.
• Experience with dbt and Analytics Engineering for feature engineering.
• Ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Postgraduate STEM qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of data science and ML solutions from concept to impact evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data science with business needs.
• Set quality bar for data and model production readiness; surface data/process issues early.
• Improve model development/production processes and standardise workflows.
• Utilise model outputs to influence user experiences and business decisions.
• Explore new ML/AI developments and assess their business value.
