Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Mid-Level Data Scientist to help build and deploy machine learning solutions for a major UK retailer. You will work closely with the Data Science Lead and stakeholders to scale data science across the organisation and drive engagement and commercial performance.

You will contribute to the full lifecycle from problem definition to deployment, developing segmentation, CLV, forecasting, and personalisation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning models across customer and commercial use cases
• Develop customer segmentation, CLV, and forecasting solutions
• Support loyalty programme personalisation and campaign optimisation initiatives
• Work across the full Data Science lifecycle from problem definition to deployment
• Partner with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver impact
• Help establish scalable Data Science foundations and best practices
• Communicate model outputs and business value to non-technical audiences
